By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach

4. Our Services
4.1 Blood Testing Services
PRÆTOR provides professional blood testing with a choice of sample collection methods and laboratory analysis. Our testing is performed by UKAS-accredited laboratories in the United Kingdom. Our services include:
- A home capillary sampling kit you collect yourself, posted to your address
- A home venous kit drawn by a qualified phlebotomist
- A nurse visit to your home, carried out by a qualified phlebotomist
- An appointment at a partnered clinic, run by our partner Goodbody Clinic
- Laboratory analysis of blood samples
- Digital health reports and biomarker tracking
- AI-powered health insights and recommendations
Some advanced panels are available only at a partnered Goodbody clinic, because certain markers must be processed on site (same-day centrifuging). Your basket always shows the collection methods available for your chosen test before you pay.
4.2 Not Medical Advice
4.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without notice.
5. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
5.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
5.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Praetor Health Limited is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom under VAT registration number 517 0234 25.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
5.4 Sample Collection
How your sample is collected depends on the option you choose at checkout. Home capillary sampling and home venous kits are posted to your address with return packaging, and there is no appointment to arrange. For a nurse visit, our accredited lab partner Inuvi will contact you to arrange a convenient time after your order is confirmed. For a clinic appointment, you choose your clinic and slot during checkout and we confirm it after payment. We currently serve addresses within the United Kingdom.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Summary
While your order is paid and your kit has not yet been dispatched (typically within 2 working days of payment), you can cancel it yourself for a full refund from the order page in your account (My Orders), then Cancel order. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 working days. After dispatch, each kit is personalised with your details and cannot be returned for refund under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg 28(1)(c). We replace damaged kits free of charge and handle sample failures on a case-by-case basis. Clinic appointments can be cancelled, or rescheduled once free of charge, up to 24 hours before your slot: we refund the clinic fee and the test fee, but the £11 collection kit is non-refundable once dispatched (it is personalised to you, as above). Nurse and clinic changes are also subject to the notice and fees set out in 6.2 and 6.3.
For the full policy, including the partial-refund decision tree, sample-failure handling, and how to request a refund, please see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
6.2 Nurse Visit Appointments
Nurse visits are arranged and carried out by our accredited lab partner, Inuvi, rather than by us directly. After your order is confirmed, Inuvi's team will contact you to arrange your appointment and will send your confirmation and reminders. To reschedule or cancel, please contact Inuvi directly on 0118 467 0555, or use the contact details provided in your appointment confirmation email.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed appointment (no-show), incur a £35.00 did-not-attend / late-cancellation fee. This fee is charged by Inuvi and passed through to you at cost.
6.3 Clinic Appointments
If you selected a clinic appointment, you can cancel or reschedule (once, free of charge) up to 24 hours before your slot. On cancellation we refund the £45.00 clinic fee and the test fee; the £11.00 collection kit is non-refundable once it has been dispatched, as it is personalised to you. While the kit has not shipped you can do this from your dashboard; once it has, contact us and we will process it. Inside that window the clinic charges the full £45.00 visit fee as a did-not-attend / late-cancellation fee, which we pass through to you at cost.
Your clinic appointment is for collecting your sample into the personalised kit we post to you, so you will need that kit with you on the day. It is your responsibility to check that your kit has arrived before you attend and to bring it to the clinic; the clinic cannot take your sample without it. If your kit has not arrived in time, please reschedule before the 24-hour deadline so you are not charged the £45.00 did-not-attend fee. You can reschedule from your order page (My Orders), and if the deadline is near and your kit still has not arrived, please contact us straight away.
