Meet Praetor: Your AI Assistant

How Praetor helps you compare tests, understand your results and ask questions as they come up.

One AI, four places it shows up

Praetor is the assistant we built to make blood testing easier to navigate. It is not a separate app or an add-on. It is there at the points where most people get stuck: choosing a test, understanding the results, and knowing what to ask next.

You will meet Praetor in four places: on the home page when you are exploring what we offer, in the shop when you are picking a panel, in your health report once your results are in, and in Trends, where you can ask it to chart your blood markers across your results. Each surface is the same AI, tuned to the moment.

Find the right test

Choosing a blood panel can feel like guesswork. There are tiers, categories, and overlapping markers, and most people do not know which combination matches their goals.

In the shop, Praetor sits alongside the panel grid as a conversational helper. You can ask "what is the difference between the Performance panels?" or "I want to focus on energy and recovery, what should I look at?" and it will talk you through the options. It does not build a custom panel for you, but it helps you compare what we already offer so you can decide with confidence.

The shop conversation is bounded by design: after a few exchanges Praetor nudges you back to the products, so you stay in flow rather than spiralling into a long thread.

Understand your results

Once your results land, Praetor can write an optional summary in plain English. It cross-references your biomarkers, flags what is in or out of range, and walks you through the picture as a whole rather than marker-by-marker.

You can read the summary at a glance, expand for the full detail, or switch to a condensed bullet view. And when something does not make sense, you can open a follow-up chat tied to that report and ask about a specific marker, a trend, or what a result means.

Summaries and report chat are available for Praetor test reports, not for results you import from another lab.

The summary is the starting point. The chat lets you go deeper without leaving the report.

What Praetor will not do

We are deliberate about Praetor's limits. It is an AI assistant, not a clinician. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical advice. It does not invent panels we do not sell, and it does not pretend to know your medical history beyond your reports and what you tell it.

Its explanations are educational and can make mistakes; raise any concerns with your GP. The goal is to make the data legible, not to make decisions for you.
